Every weight from 10 pounds to 40 pounds is IDENTICAL in size, shape and form... why does that matter? Because no matter what load you're using for your movements, you won't have to change the movement to work around the awkward implement (like others). Likewise, transitioning from 45 - 80 pounds will also have you using the same size bell (watch for the Link2 coming soon).
