Contiguous USA Shipping

Ground shipping* charges for contiguous USAIMPORTANT NOTE: We have been shipping primarily USPS Priority due to the economical rates and transit times throughout the US. The thing to note about receiving multiple boxes through USPS is that it has been common for shipments to arrive in separate deliveries. This is mainly due to the way the orders are handled through their sorting process. Since multiple package orders are treated as individual orders, it is common for them to get split up in transit. HOWEVER, since our products are unique in their size to weight ratio, we are able to save our customers a significant amount over traditional shipping methods for this type of product.
Expedited and/or Guaranteed Shipping:
If you prefer a faster (guaranteed) method of shipping, or if receiving shipment in separate deliveries is not an option, you can choose to have alternate shipping methods quoted. There are two ways for us to handle this:
1) You can select the standard shipping rate in the cart and add a note in Step 6 of the checkout "PLEASE QUOTE UPS - [method name] (i.e.; GROUND, 3 DAY SELECT, 2nd DAY AIR, NEXT DAY AIR)
2) You can message us through chat on the website, or email us at "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." to request a shipping quote. Please specify the following:
- Shipping address
- Products (with Qty) for your order
- Shipping method (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air)
Please note that these apply to business days only – no weekends or holidays. Delivery times are for Contiguous USA only.
Holidays And Weekends
Please remember that most shipping companies do not deliver or pick-up on holidays and weekends. These days would not count as BUSINESS DAYS for delivery calculations. For time sensitive orders, please contact us at 818-918-9111 and we will work with you to get your order delivered in a timely fashion.
Non-Contiguous USA Shipping
Ground service is NOT available to AK, HI, PR or APOs. These are the shipping companies rules.
Depending on the specifics of your order, we will ship to AK, HI and PR using either the postal service or, in some cases, an appropriate freight company.
APOs can only receive orders via the U.S. Postal Service. In some cases shipping charges may be different than what you see as the defaulted pre-set shipping charge showing with your order. If this is the case, we will contact you within one business day and let you know what the shipping cost will be. You may then approve or disapprove the shipping charges.
